Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Ticket Registration Fee

The registration fee of ₹49 covers access to the 4-hour Online Financial Planning Workshop masterclass and lunch for the event on 2nd Oct, 2026 in Mysuru.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations requested at least 72 hours prior to the event date will be eligible for a 100% full refund. Cancellation requests received within 72 hours of the event date are non-refundable due to pre-booked venue and catering arrangements.

3. Event Rescheduling or Organizer Cancellation

In the rare event that the event is rescheduled or cancelled by Investoday due to unforeseen circumstances or venue issues, participants will receive an immediate 100% full refund or option to transfer to the rescheduled date.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please send your Razorpay Payment ID and registered mobile number to support@investoday.co.in. Approved refunds are processed back to the original UPI/Card payment method within 5-7 business days.
