1. Overview

By purchasing a ticket or registering for the Investoday Online Financial Planning Workshop on https://lp.investoday.co.in/, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Educational & Awareness Purpose Only

The Online Financial Planning Workshop conducted by SEBI Registered Investment Adviser Raju RJ is strictly for educational and awareness purposes only. The session does NOT constitute guaranteed return schemes, profit promises, or individualized stock tips/recommendations.

3. Market Risk Acknowledgment

Investments in financial markets and securities are subject to market risks. Participants are advised to conduct their own independent due diligence and consult professional advisors before making financial decisions.

4. Registration & Event Admittance

Entry tickets (₹49) grant access to the 4-hour offline masterclass including lunch for one registered participant. Tickets are non-transferable unless written notice is provided at least 48 hours prior to the event.

5. Intellectual Property

All event presentations, slide decks, and training materials remain the intellectual property of Investoday and Raju RJ. Unauthorized audio/video recording or commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of courts in Karnataka.
